A fresh start...

Hello everyone, I am new to this site and hoping it will help me with my weight loss goals. I have lost weight (40lbs) in the past by watching my calories and exercising but have gained most of it back. I recently tried Weight Watchers but was not successful in losing more than a few pounds. I am very busy with work and have two kids so it is hard to find time for exercise or to plan my meals, but I am going to give it another try. I want to be healthy and strong! So, I am looking for some buddies to help keep me accountable and motivated!!

yes me too..add me...lol...I have a two year old and totally know what you mean about keeping up with every thing. I dont plan my meals but I do try and log them before I eat them so I wont over eat.
I keep tons of healthy snack for my daughter as well, she loves, grapes, cucumbers, sting cheese and berries so if I have to snack with her because of time or out and about it is easier. I dont even buy all that kid crap any more. Oh and almonds are good too!! Sprouts has this nuts snack with coconuts and white chocolate chips in it and she loves it.
