Shakeology Cleanse - 1/3/11

Doing a 3 day Shakeology cleanse, starting tomorrow. Anyone else doing one too or want to join in? Or any cleanse for that matter.

3 shakes, 3 pieces of fruit, salad with 4oz protein for dinner and lots of water.

Can't wait to shed this water and goo from the holidays.

Shakeology is completely different from other shakes on the market, but I would imagine that you can use those shakes as well to do the cleanse especially since the O/P invited people doing all kinds of cleanses. If you go to www.shakeology.com which is the generic website for the product, you can find ingredient lists and nutrition facts and compare to what you are currently using.

I just did mine 12/29-12/31 and lost 7 lbs so I won't be joining you right now, but I hope that you have great success. It was perfect in getting rid of all the bloating and gas I had from the holidays.

I weighed in at 159.4lbs this morning. That is about 4-5# higher than my pre holiday weight. Hoping this will bring me back!
