Hi everybody
New to this really, I've tried a few times before but given up after a few days. I'm now on my 7th day of dieting and exercise and it's going well - I'm almost used to it and don't have too many problems keeping the calories down.
My diary is open, feel free to have a look, many won't agree I'm using some slim fast products to help but it's what I've chosen and it appears to be working - I am fully aware that when I stop drinking slim fast I will need to eat sensible meals to keep the weight off, that is something I am prepared for.
Hoping to get chatting to others on the same journey.

Hi. I am new, too. You have lost 20 lbs already? I am still trying to figure my meals out. I have been drinking protein shakes which I guess is similar to slimfast, for breakfast.0

No I got an incorrect reading from some scales, I should amend that...!! I've lost around 4 kilos since starting.
I'm trying to figure meals out too, I've got a few recipes to try out which are all around 500 calories a portion which would be ideal for me. I think slimfast and protein shakes are very similar, albeit slimfast appears to have a large amount of sugar which I'm not so sure about. I intend to cut the slimfast out when I have used what I have left (about 2 weeks worth) and just stick to 3 low calorie meals a day with fruit snacks.
