Beginining Weight Training Need Help!

Hey everyone! I have started at a new place of employment and I have access to a free weight lifting gym and an hour long lunch break. I would like to use 30 minutes of that break to start weight lifting while i continue my cardio at home. I was thinking of doing Stronglifts 5x5 but need help knowing where to start with what weight. How to add. How often to do it. Can I get the routine done in 30 mins a day? What kind of warm up do I need to do?

    Hi, I'd say get the stronglifts 5x5 app for your phone. It tells u what weight to work with. It also has timer for how long to rest between sets.
