wow 10" smaller waist size

My wife bought me pants yesterday. I looked at them before I tried them on and they were 32" waist. I said I can't wear those I wear 34". I tried both pair and they fit. I have not worn a 32" waist since Middle School. Just over two years ago I was struggling to button a 42" waist. I have also maintained my weight loss for almost 6 months with some weight training.

Thanks I was shocked when they buttoned without having to suck in my gut. I still feel like I am not where I want to be so trying to tone up.

Great job!!! I still pull my shirts and pants off the hanger and think "pfft there's no way i'm going to fit in to this", and then I do. It's like xmas every day :P

Now that I'm in the best shape of my life at 40 I aim to keep the trend up. Hopefully every year from here on out I will be in better shape than the last. Now that I have found walking/jogging/running in races I know I can do it.
