Is anyone ever really satisfied with their results/ body? I find now that I have reached my goal weight and body fat % that I am not satisfied to stay where I am. Took the weight down to 180 (6'1") and have a body fat in single digits. Great, how I want to gain about 10-15 pounds of muscle and still keep the BF < 8%
Geez, you would think once we reach our goals we would be happy with just maintaining.:noway: I know working out and eating clean is a lifestyle, but it also seems to become addictiing when I keep get better results. Am I just messed up or are the majority of you messed up also? Setting fitness goals isn't an obsession, but is sure is a focus point in my life. Especially as I get older.
