Hi,
I am here trying to lose 6 stone. I have a mutual bet with a friend to both lose 3 stone by July 4th or we pay up money to an agreed charity.
I lost 4 stone 5 years ago but death of my father and other life stresses stuck it all back on. I over eat and like beer and sit on my backside all day which has got to change.
Day 2 and I have even been out for a jog/walk using the from couch25k app on the iphone. And I have not had a beer for over a week.
Short term motivation is off on holiday in 3 weeks and even if I am still a big fat lad at least I will be feeling positive I am doing something. Its an all inclusive holiday but I will swim every day and will just take the food easy. Its the Caribbean so lots of fresh fruit and sea food...and not a big mac in sight!
