    10 lbs. I am 195 originally I wanted to reach 200 which I did, but I did not work out as much as I planned when I hit that weight. So no I want to slim my beer belly. doesen't help that I had a beer tonight...bu I want to get to 185 and still workout...thanks for the inquiry...how about yourself
