Hello Everyone.
I've been using MFP to track my eating for a while now. a lot of times I fall off the tracking wagon but I've noticed I get the best results when I track!
I have 15-20lbs left to lose. So far I have lost alittle over 20lbs since I started using MFP and over 50lbs all together. Is there a way to edit my total loss in MFP to have it date back to when I first started my fitness kick or am I stuck with it just saying ive lost 20lbs because that's what I started tracking and entered my weight at that time.
