    Your story motivates me, because it is do-able. I looked at your food diary assuming you would be one of those people that lose the weight on 1200 calories because of your huge transformation (not that there is anything wrong with that, it is just not practical for me). I was encouraged to find out that your diet looks sustainable long term. I only looked at one day, but it looks like you do not deprive yourself which is great because that is what keeps you from binging. You ate a reese cup, and goldfish. I like that I can see myself doing this. I also noticed that you drink plenty of water, which probably plays a big role in your transformation. I rarely get in a couple glasses, for some reason that has always been challenging to me.Congrats on your weight loss. You are looking great!
