    I read your profile but it does not say how tall you are. Or at least i didn't see it. If you get a chance could you please respond with your height. It may help my wife put your weight loss into perspective. She is the same age and when I showed her your success story she was amazed.

    Walking I have started from the beginning. Lifting I have been doing for about 1 year nine months, heavy lifting since Jan. of this year.

    Love my slippers, one time I forgot I had them on and went Walmart with them on, :laugh: .....probably fit right in with everyone. :wink:
