Is it Ok?

Is it ok to do 30DS more than once in a Day? Once in the Morning and once before bed or are we suposed to just stick to One time a Day?

    I don't really know, but I would think that as long as you feel okay doing it twice a day it would probably be fine. I can barely do it once! lol

    I can't see why not... You might get pretty bored of it though.

    I'm going to do it once a day and take a walk or jog etc so I can increase my calories out

    As long as you are eating enough calories to sustain you through all your workouts, then go for it! It will even help to boost your metabolism that much more.
