Is it ok to do 30DS more than once in a Day? Once in the Morning and once before bed or are we suposed to just stick to One time a Day?

I don't really know, but I would think that as long as you feel okay doing it twice a day it would probably be fine. I can barely do it once! lol0

I can't see why not... You might get pretty bored of it though.
I'm going to do it once a day and take a walk or jog etc so I can increase my calories out0 -

As long as you are eating enough calories to sustain you through all your workouts, then go for it! It will even help to boost your metabolism that much more.0
