down over 30 pounds

I started February at 170 pounds and I am 5'5" and 23 years old. Now I am down to 136.5!! I feel so much better and did this basically by working out again at Orange Theory Fitness and eating a 100 times better. I used to be a swimmer for 10 years and once I stopped I just kind of started to let myself go. I really watch what I eat on here and it has helped see what I put in my body. I was going to post pictures but I am not sure how.

Now my goal is to put on a lot more muscle. Trying to get more cut now.

Hard work pays off!
