Recommendation on gloves

I do not use any type of glove for free weights, and I do not plan to but I recently started a Kettlebell program and I definitely have some wear and tear happening on my palms. I do not think it is my grip or the weight itself (15 lbs and 30 lbs) but the friction of the bar changing position in my hands. Does anyone have any recommendation of type of glove or even a brand to look for. I really don't want to damage my form worrying about callus' or blisters.

When I was taking regular kettlebell classes there was a higher ratio of people that used the powder than gloves. Being that I am female I too wanted to avoid calluses so I did use gloves. I used these http://www.amazon.com/Harbinger-Power-Womens-StretchBack-Gloves/dp/B000GDF2J0/ref=sr_1_12/188-5460551-3219237?ie=UTF8&qid=1411664097&sr=8-12&keywords=weightlifting+gloves+harbinger They were $10 at 24 hour fitness. I also had a similar pair that had the velcro option at the bottom.0

Thank you! I will look to see if they have anything like that in sporting good stores near by. I should have mentioned that I workout at home in a carpeted area (no choice in the matter we live in a small town, the only fitness related services offered are aerobics once a week held at the high school). Chalk really wouldn't be an option.0

I think they make a liquid chalk that gives the same benefits, but less mess.0
