There's actually twice the potassium of a banana in a potato, but you have to eat the skin.0

I noticed that and was wondering where all the potassium is... I'm not a fan of the skin though. Unless it is a red potato. My family had to get used to the fact that when I make mashed potatoes, I use reds and I do NOT peel the skin.0 -

Yum, now I want mashed potatoes!0 -
I'm watching my starches, so I prefer to supplement with a potassium gluconate tablet.0

I've been tracking Potassium for a while. It sure makes you eat your fruits and veggies!0
