Just saying Hi! I'm new and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Jennifer, 32, and I live on the gulf coast of Florida (northern gal though! from Ohio originally!)

Working hard to get my endurance up for running and jogging (I'd love to start doing a few small marathons here and there) and want to lose a few pounds in the process. I'm at 138 and want to lose about 15 pounds over the next couple months. Hopefully I can find some good advice here, looks like there's a lot of info! :)
