Protein Supplements and Fitness Help

Hello Everyone, - I need some help!

My goal is not to bulk up - but preserve muscle mass , tone and lose fat and shed some lbs ( about 20lbs).
this is what I do:

I workout about 5 days a week - both cardio and strength
using protein powders as supplement ( as I am a vegetarian - but I take egg) - I was suggested to take BCAAs and Glutamine during workout to help so I do that)
I am cutting back on Carbs ( not totally) and sweets.

as I am about 5 ft tall - I try to keep within about 1200 cals.

Will I see the results I want? - How long does it take? - Any suggestions?
