    So, I'm hoping by the end of January to be back in the 200s. At the end of Jan. I turn 30, so it just seems to fit.

    hi all :flowerforyou: I'm Betty and I'm 317lbs today after starting here in mid July at 369lbs. I'm active on MFP every day and have found this to be the greatest, most understanding, and supportive community of people to have around you when you are fighting this good fight to get fit and healthy!!! My story may be unique compared to others, but the struggle is still the same. I'm presently living a 20 carbs a day lifestyle which is doctor supervised. I've had much success with it since July.     Hi everyone! I'm 25, 5'7 and was around 330 at my heaviest - not entirely certain where I am right now because I've been out of town for a couple of months. I could always use more support, and would love to be that support for anyone who needs it!
