You could try reverse dieting for a while.0

Have you tried changing the workout routine? What are you doing now? What is your current target for calorie intake? Opening your diary may help with some of the responses.0 -
My routine over the years has been.
loose a stone or half stone then maintain for 6+ months, then repeat, but then again wasn't actually looking to loose weight, just kind of happened.

A month, or "about a month"? Between water, sodium, and TOM, weight can stall for up to three weeks without there necessarily being anything "wrong" with what you're doing. Have you researched whooshes or dieter's edema perhaps?0

I hear you! I have been stuck at the same weight up and down 3 lbs for the past 7 weeks. I am tracking my food and exercise carefully, changed my exercise routines from dance to swimming and weight lifting, And still no joy! But I think we just have to keep at it. SOONER OR LATER it will come off! I am pretty sure that is how it works.... It IS frustrating. But let's just KEEP AT IT!!!0

Have you recalculated your TDEE based on your new weight? As you lose weight you will require fewer calories. I don't know your height but for a 5'4" female your age the difference could be a couple hundred calories a day with the weight loss you've mentioned. Also, as you get closer to your goal weight the little things start to matter more i.e. are you weighing your food? (at least the high calorie foods), could you be overestimating calorie burns? (I think MFP generally does) , etc..0

Have you tried refeed days? More cardio? Eating less?
I was stuck at 175 for a month (from Aug 14 to Sept 17). Finally decided I'd start to do cardio (I'd went from 245-175 with no cardio, only weight lifting). So now I do 20 minutes twice a week.. and the weight started coming off again.0
