Reporting in from High Park, Toronto. Glad to see there are lots of Canucks bucking the national tendency to increasingly large size it. I am a recent participant and really finding this site helpful. My big motivator is working to reduce blood sugar levels. I'm losing some weight but the sugars are very slow to change. It is nice to know I can get support close to home.
