A small Dairy Queen Peanut Butter and Hot Fudge Sundae is 350 calories. However, if you're watching sugar, beware -- it's loaded it with it (36g).
Here is the same taste at 350 calories and only 19g of sugar.
Blue Bell - No Sugar Added Low Fat Ice Cream-vanilla, 3 FL OZ;
Breyer's - Hot Fudge Sauce, 2 tbsp;
Jif - Creamy Peanut Butter., 2 Tbsp
I prefer the DQ one if only to keep these temptations out of my own fridge. We wouldn't do a dessert like this more than once a week.

As someone who eats Jiff Peanut Butter a lot, 2 tbsp. is 190 calories not 350.0

Okay... I think the IPA got the best of me at the time lol. I have no idea how I over looked that you were merely reconstructing the sundae with those ingredients. My eyes gravitated towards Jiff Peanut Butter and 350 calories.0
