Hi,
Really appreciate your guidance on the following
Gone back to the gym after having a blip. I have 70lbs to lose to begin with and then possibly 28lbs after that.
I was initially given a program but have now embarjed on the following:-
60 mins walking on treadmill, incline 3-7 % alternating every minute and speed of 5.5km
Looking to integrate the x trainer and bike, 20 mins and 20 mins on each.
Appreciate your thoughts re schedule, if too much or so? I'm reluctant at moment with weight training and would prefer to concentrate on cardio. I do have jillian michaels, wii games and zumba to mix it up with.
When been going on treadmill been burning 650 cals, is that too much?
At times get sooooooo confused by what's best?

there is nothing wrong with the treadmill, it's one of my favs because you can vary your work-out. you can run on it, walk slowly at an incline, or walk quickly. i change the incline of my treadmill and the speed with each song on my iPod. keep up the good work!0
