Hi I'm jack. I'm 330 lbs. I have done low carb before but this time I want to do it right. Please anyone tell me what I should be eating on a budget.
Lately I eat 2 large jack links and then about 3 cans of tuna salad. Then I will eat 5 eggs. Don't look like im losing weight. Been on diet for 2 weeks. I'm staying under 15 carbs. Please give me advice.

i'll get this out of the way first... are you logging and accurately measuring everything you eat? your food diary isn't open, so if you want critiques you'll need to open that first.
you said "don't look like i'm losing weight", but you haven't said how long you've been on this or what the scale says.
as far as what to eat, you can google "atkins" or "ketogenic diet" and find a list of what's acceptable and what's not. and "budget" is relative... that doesn't tell us if you can spend $20 a week or $200.0 -

Read all the FAQs and follow the advice they give... It's hard work but you're gonna love the results. I just started using this app, but in the past 5 months I've lost 56 lbs. Eating a very low calorie and super low carb diet; and, of course, exercising 4 days a week.
With calorie restriction you should be able to lose between 2-5 lbs per week (depending on the deficit). Be careful of over-cutting, though. And, as always, seek a physician's advice.

My SO has just started on the Keto diet and has already lost 9 lbs. I do a modified Keto diet (as in, I don't eat carbs in front of him so dinners are all HP/LC while my lunches tend to go a bit heavier on the card side... think Subway or potatoes or pasta). Anyways, here are some of the things we've learned.
1. Breakfast is your new BFF. I make him "Omelette Bites" that he can grab and go and stay pretty close to the cheap. For 6 in a large muffin pan:
-8 Eggs
-2 sticks of string cheese cut into small pieces
-half a green pepper
-1/4 onion
-pre cooked bacon crumbled into pieces (Roughly 4-6 depending on size)
-one small can of mushroom pieces
Wisc eggs and all ingredients together in a large bowl
Line or generously grease muffin pan and pour in the mix. Cook about 30 mins on 375 or till done
165 Calories, 1 net carb each
I'm not sure what he does for lunch but I think he just takes the leftover protein from the night before and makes a large salad with cheese
Dinner
Dinner's vary based on what I want to eat but here's what we had last night
Pork Chops wrapped in a single bacon piece with a bit of melted cheese on top with Cauliflower Gratin.
Usually dinners are a good piece of protein (chicken, lean beefs like steak, pork chops and sometimes fish but he's not a huge fish fan)
One thing we do to cut cost is we get "Club Packs" of meat from our local grocer. I would suggest a Sam's, BJ's or Costco and get large packs of meat that will last a while. It cost more at first but in the long run you get more for your money.
We also buy a lot of frozen veggies since they are usually 10 for $10
Also, big bricks of cheese and then cut them up into servings.
I find that getting the large quantities and then breaking it down into weekly/daily/per serving pieces helps as well. Our grocery bill comes to about $100 for the week for the both of us. I'm sure though just his is would be roughly $50 to $70 depending on what he gets.
Don't cheap out too much and don't just eat bacon and jerky... that stuff is high in sodium and Keto is already dehydrating enough. If you put some planning into your foods for the week it'll also help.
Sorry this is so long but I hope it helps!!0
