Hello All my name is MaKayla and I have been on my diet for one week today. I am working out with Jilian Michaels Wii game four times a week and watching my carbs and calories. My overall goal is to lose about fifty pounds. But first I am working towards a ten pound goal. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!!!!0
