Tough Week

Man this has been a tough week at the gym. I worked out with my trainer yesterday and fought every lift, felt dizzy and weak. Ran my work out today and every step sucked. Pain in my knees, hip, ankles, blech. Where did all of my energy go! I was killing it this month and now my body is screaming NOOOOooooo.

    I felt the same way this week. Just run down. So...I changed my goals to a more realistic 1lb a week loss and upped my calorie intake to see if I was tired from not eating enough. I am also giving myself more rest. Just trying to listen to my body and not let it get me down. Hope next week is better for you.
