What do you do with your spaghetti squash?

I turn mine into a lasagna!! I cook the spaghetti squash until its still a little crunchy (we like it like that). Then I scrape it all out and set it aside. I make a homemade marinara sauce with ground turkey and get pre shredded kraft italiano cheese. I layer the 3 just like you would when making a lasagna (with the spaghetti squash replacing lasagna noodles). I use a little italian seasoning on top and put the entire dish in the oven until its warm and the cheese is bubbly on top. Even my 3 year old loves my "crunchy spaghetti"
