    Tabasco, Siracha, and House of Tsang Spicy Szechuan. Also a mildly spicy Thai sweet chili sauce.

    chipotle tabasco and I have this off brand one I got in a gift set that's like an asian soy tabasco style sauce, OMG super yum on pork.

    Anything Mike & Diane makes in their Ring of Fire Hot Sauce family. (check their web site, Amazon) I got this as a Christmas gift (at work) and it has cost me dearly ever since...I buy it all the time.

    First Sriracha. I love it. I feel it goes with A LOT. I like that it's thicker. I love the garlic flavor. I just really feel like it's a hot sauce that actually adds something to your food - not just a hot sauce that brings heat.

    My second one I always have on hand is Tapatio picante hot sauce. It's another one where I really enjoy the flavor. It's uber taste on eggs. It just gets used a lot less in the house.

    The Trader Joe's Habanero is sooooo hot! And I like hot. It's my favorite now but I have to use a lot less than I do for most other hot sauces!

    It's not a hot sauce, but La Victoria salsa ("HOT" version) is quite hot as well, and SO good.

    just to throw out something other than Sriracha... check out Iguana Hot Sauce - the green jalapeno sauce is one of the best. While it is somewhat hot, you can also get the flavor of the jalapeno and it's chunky.

    Encona west indian hot pepper sauce; hot and flavourful, it's vinegary and garlicky and I like that it's quite thick.

    Lot's of good info/recommendations here but check out this link. It also provides descriptions of various hot sauces. You'll see many hot sauces come in different flavors other than burn your *kitten* hot.

    Cholula is my fav, but I like Sriracha as well.

    Same here - oddly enough, I love Sriracha on Mexican food, and Cholula on everything else.

    ETA: Seriously, peeps, if you have never put Sriracha on a burrito I highly recommend it.

    I like Cholula's new green pepper hot sauce. I also like scotch bonnet based sauces. Frank's and Sriracha also have it's place in my pantry :)

    I've become a fan of Melinda's original habanero pepper sauce XXXX reserve. I grew hot peppers this and tried making my own. It was WAY easier than I was expecting and tastes really good too.
