Focused now...but will need help keeping it

Hi All. I'm new to myfitnesspal but not new to trying to lose the same 20 lbs and feel comfortably fit i.e. BMI of 22 or less and to be able to hike the hills with ease. I'm an active woman statistically classified as a "retiree' but don't feel any relationship to that word. Depressingly, the pace of my activity goes down with the loss of energy that accompanies weight gain and the falling away from exercise routines. I want the energy back and am hoping myfitnesspal can help me get there..
