hi just wanted to introduce myself! I have a wedding in 10 months and the fiance and I are starting our New years resolution and getting fit together, and I can honestly say this site is AMAZING! Especially the fact that you track what you eat, exercise, etc. I plan on a 1200 calorie diet with 3 days of cardio (i have zumba class and the dvds as well for the times i can not make it to class) and 3 days of strength training (we have the chuck norris total gym).. So ::crosses fingers: I hope we stick with it!
