Greetings, fellow MFP people! I'm Dave and I'm starting my plan to get down to 190 in 2011. I started th3 year weighing in at 210.9 after the usual holiday gain but hey, that's why we're here, right? 
So all in all, it looks like I have about 20 pounds to lose but to motivate you all, I'd like to add that I once weighed almost 300 pounds. So I did drop quite a bit to get where I am now. If you need proof, head on over to my weight loss blog (real posts, not spam!) at www.200by40.com and check out the pics.
Anyway, we're all in this together so if you would like to add me, by all means do so. I hardly use the site and track mostly everything via iPod so don't expect too many posts from me here
