Hi everyone,
I'm new to the site and very excited to be a part of something so positive. My name is Nicole and I am a 33 yr old divorced mommy of 3 boys; ages 10, 4 and 2. I have never been overweight but am struggling to loose a few pounds and tone up. One of my fitness goals is to increase my energy and stamina through a healthy diet and regular exercise routine. In addition to parenting my 3 active sons, I work a full time job as a data engineer. Any advice or encouragement is welcomed.
