1/2 my size by June?

Is it possible for me to go from a size 16 to size 8 or 10 by June 1?

Current plan:
Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred followed by
P90X
while continuing my 30 minute runs 3x per week.

Calorie intake:
Between 1350 and 1500 per day

Stats:
Height: 5'6"
SW: 215 lbs
CW: 198 lbs
GW by June: 175 lbs
GW overall: 140

Possible?
