Better food helping keep my IBS down

So I didn't know if this would be the right place to post this topic but here we go. Also might be a little bit of TMI in this post.
So about 8 years ago while in the Marines I was diagnosed with IBS(Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and outside of medicine could never get it under control. Of course my eating habits didn't help the situation at all. I wasn't a huge fast food eater but definitely ate a crap ton of junk food and my fair share of fried foods.
Since changing my lifestyle around and especially the change to my diet, I've noticed that my bowel movements have actually turned normal. instead of the chips, granola bars, and whatever other crap food I was eating, most of it has been replaced with fruits and veggies for snacks. The fiber from those foods has really helped me go from pooping 3-5 times a day to only 1-2, which is very weird for me lol.

Diet works!!! I'm also controlling my bad IBS with it. I do stricter fodmaps. I feel worlds better than I did last great although I do have some annoying problems still.

My diet has also drastically improved IBS
For me, it's the other way around: constipation and extreme belly achs/cramps. As long as I watch what I eat, it is a LOT better.
