Savory, healthy breakfast ideas?

I really like to eat something savory in the morning, but it's not as easy as some of the sweet options. Any ideas?

Scrambled eggs on toast, bush's baked beans on toast, scrambled eggs tossed into a tortilla and wrapped up with a dash of hot sauce (!). Hard-boil a batch of eggs at a time, and grab one out and slice it onto some salad (you can also make salads ahead of time, just store them in air tight containers, just keep the leaves away from the wet stuff, or grab pre-bagged salad). If eggs on salad isn't breakfasty enough, toss in some crumbled bacon!

Chop up a few yams toss them in hot water boil 5 minutes , sauté opinion throw in any veges or greens (left over wilted salad sound weird just adds fiber) toss with garlic little salt crushed black pepper corns add some heat if you like cayenne or a warm spice like grated ginger or even nutmeg cinnamon toss in the softened chopped yam-fry a bit- now you have yam hash for breakfast sometimes I top it with a fried eggtakes 10 minutes. Can make ahead and heat up - really savory especially with ginger tea or mint green tea and a pumpkin muffin

You could save some leftovers from dinner.
  • Mini bagel or 1/2 bagel with feta cheese, sliced tomato, garlic powder, bit of salt and pepper

2 poached eggs on a toasted wholemeal muffin with a little butter, salt and pepper. Yum.
