The Last 20lbs

Hey everyone - hope you're all well.

I was after some advice on how I can lose the last 20lbs. I've battled hard to get to this stage with lots and lot's of cardio, boxing, running and other forms of cardio, but no matter what I do now the scales wont move.

My question is should I start lifting heavy and disregard all the cardio, or just keep sticking with what i'm doing?. Bearing in mind I have a bit of a belly still and ideally I wanted to diet down to my goal weight before lifting heavy.

Should I also recalculate my macros/food intake as well? If so how should I do that?
