Jelly Belly frustrated RANT....

Ok, I know that everyone is tired of people saying "why isn't this working" and "I'm not losing weight" and "What am I doing wrong" posts...BUT this is my very first post and it's legit!! I had huge success with MFP after giving birth to my second child. I lost 22lbs, and got to my goal. Fast forward 3 years later I've put a couple of those pounds back on. Not many, and I'm not looking to be skinny minny, I just want to get rid of my gut! People still ask me when I'm due, and my baby is 3 years old. I know from experience that the program works IF YOU FOLLOW IT. granted when I first signed back up, I wasn't devoted 100%. When I saw no change, I decided to become 100% committed. It's been 5 weeks, and my goal was to lose 1lb/week. Well guess what, I've gained 0.5lbs/week and now after 5 weeks, I'm up 2lbs instead of being down!!! I am so frustrated!!! I even spoke to a nutritionist who gave me some good tips and I've been following those as well. I teach 2 spinning classes/week, I also teach a step/wight lifting class once a week, and I participate in 2 boot camp classes/week. I eat at least 1500 calories/day on the days I work out and try to stay within 1200 on the days I don't. I don't eat a lot of carbs or sugar. I do however drink wine. BUT when I lost 22lbs, I was drinking wine back then. And I count them in my diary as calories consumed. I'm only 5'3" and this morning I was 141.5/bs, My goal is to be 136, and I know it's possible, up until 8 months ago, that's what I weighed. Anyway, I just wanted to vent...
