Bagel Bites
Not necessarily a daily or low cal food but a fantastic treat or potluck dish!
1 bag mini bagels
1 C Mayo
1 C diced ham
1 C shredded cheese (I use a 5 cheese blend)
1 C Bacon pieces
Divide bagels into 1/2's and put them on cookie sheet - flat side up. Mix all remaining ingredients & spread on the top of each 1/2 bagel ... broil about 8 minutes until golden brown & bubbly...serve hot....oh so delicious!
You can also add whatever other toppings you like (I love them with green olives and onions also).

Sounds good. Not sure what it would do to the taste but you could substitute lowfat mayo and 2% cheese for the full fat ingredients. And perhaps Canadian bacon for the meat?0

My mum makes a similar one on hamburger buns with boiled eggs cut up, diced ham, celery, onion, grated cheese, mayo, etc. they were delicious when I still ate ham. Your recipe sounds yummy too, except I would need to take out the ham and bacon. Yum yum0
