Hi to everyone...I am a 40 yr old mother of 3 young children. I have always put the needs of my kids and my husband 1st. Well 2011 is gonna be all about ME!! I have set some small goals for myself and in the end hope to loose 75 lbs. I am glad I have the support and encouragement of this website and all the new friends I hope to meet on it.

    Hi edna354, i know all about putting everyone else but you first (i always do that ), but you took the first step and i'm sure you'll enjoy every step of the journey , you'll find all the support and motivation you need here , we all here for each other and here we go 2011 we'll do it this year , you can add me if you like .
