I can't seem to find it on the exercise cardio but it is a great workout whether a mini or a big one. Does anyone else use them other then me?

I loved it as a kid and wished we could do it on gym every day instead of once a week. If I could, I'd get on one today.0

I know, right? I feel like I am working my body when I am on it, so I would think it would burn calories??? We have a big one in the back yard.0

Makes me feel like a kid again!
Average burn is 40-50 calories per 10 minutes (non-stop jumping) - in case you want to add it as one of your own personaly exercises (this is for a 150 lb person and just an average!)0 -
Thanks. I just added it to the data.0
