How to overcome weight loss Plateau?

I've been at the same weight for about 3 weeks now? It's not too frustrating, I mean--at least I'm not gaining, but I would like to lose again.
Is there anyway I can start losing weight again?

Eat less. If you aren't losing weight, you aren't in a deficit. You may need to reassess your calorie goal after losing weight. The less you weigh, the less food you need to maintain your weight.0

Give it some more time. It may not be a plateau at all. A plateau means that you are eating at maintenance, so if it goes for another week or so, maybe it is time to reassess your goals.
Also can you open up your diary?
How much are you eating per day?
Are you weighing and measuring all of your food?
There could be many factors.0
