dont worry, i didnt let myself gain any weight over the summer. but i found out im not good at staying active when its hot. i didnt lose weight, either. but im okay with that. i think it puts a good balance in my year, of time working hard and time to just take it easy. (so long as i dont gain it back taking it TOO easy lol)
its fall now, and i've already started running again. I did run most of the summer still, but thats a long story.

im posting in motivation and support because i want to do things differently this time. i dont want to bother with calories. it was soo stressful and i really believe that stress made it even harder for me to lose the weight. im still going to log some activity, not for the calories but for letting myself know i did this on this day. i know alot of you reading this are thinking im crazy, thats okay. i might be. but i want to ENJOY running. not freak out about some numbers. i want to have fun with my yoga, and not worry about calories. we all can agree this is a difficult ride, whats wrong with wanting to make it fun? :D
