Is it bad if I go over my Protein?

I've planned my meals and logged them, and I'll be coming in at -17 protein. Is this bad? Should I change something, or should I not worry about it. I don't do this everyday. This is the first time, and it was due to poor planning ;)

    MFP is low for protein.. Many of us reduce carbs and increase protein to help achieve .8-1g of protein per lb of lean body mass which has been proven to help maintain lean body mass.
