New again :) Would love some encouragement!

I have a lot of weight to lose and would love some encouragement along the way. I have set a goal for 125 lbs. to start off and then I'll tackle the rest after that. Slow and steady wins the race - right? If you have A LOT of weight to lose and will be on here a while please add me so we can encourage each other and maybe even share some tips. :flowerforyou:
