LBM and strength

Just got my latest BodPod done and once again, it says I have 156 lbs of LBM. I get a BodPod done every 3 month or so. What is interesting is that my LBM has been 156 lbs +- .7 lbs since the first one I had done in Feb 2013.
My weight has gone from 185 to 205 (bulk) and now back to 193 and dropping (cut). LBM is always 156.
I started lifting in March 2013 and have gone from a complete newb to lifting 370, 255 and 480 (squat, bench DL). LBM is always 156.
Not sure what to make of the data other than to dismiss it for now as long as my lifts are still progressing (and they are) and my 5k time is going down (which it is). Performance data probably trumps BodPod data. The mirror says I am bigger.
Maybe I'm just one of those "hard gainers".

If you're trying to increase your lifts and decrease your 5K time simultaneously you can do that but don't expect to gain any muscle while doing so. If more muscle is your goal then train to build muscle, not to improve your lifts and running time. Form follows function, so training to build muscle while also running is obviously counterproductive. The adaptations that lend themselves to greater strength counter act the adaptations which lend themselves to greater speed and vice versa.0

On you last bulk, how much time did it take you to gain 20 lbs?0

I just started running 2 weeks ago, so that might explain the last 2 weeks. I'm going on 2 years of no LBM gains.0 -

First 10 lbs took 2 months. Second 10 pounds took 6 months.0 -
Yeah, I would ignore the bod pod. The first year is when you gain muscle most rapidly, given what your lifts have done, I don't think there's any way you haven't gained a significant amount of muscle. e0

Seems very improbable that your LBM wouldn't have increased. I'd try another form of testing, maybe the water displacement thingy as DEXA is expensive.0
