My name is Jamie and I'm still on a quest to lose some baby weight and a little weight I gained while in college. I have about 30 pounds to go.
I have a hard time determining if I am lightly or moderately active. I work two days a week and stand the whole time. Other than that, I am a stay at home mom to a 16 month old. I do find time to sit at home and even watch some TV, so it isn't a complete circus. Does that make me lightly active?

Hi Jamie, I'd say lightly active is a safe choice, then you only have up to go as you become more active!0
