Hi! I had signed up for fitness pal a long time ago. but am just starting to use it now for a food tracker and maybe some extra support and encouragement. I have 100 lbs to lose! I plan on exercising 4-5 days a week and only eat lean meats, fresh fruits and veggies and some low fat dairy products. and no more beer or margarita's.. :( time to put them down and pick up the weights!
