Hi! I had signed up for fitness pal a long time ago. but am just starting to use it now for a food tracker and maybe some extra support and encouragement. I have 100 lbs to lose! I plan on exercising 4-5 days a week and only eat lean meats, fresh fruits and veggies and some low fat dairy products. and no more beer or margarita's.. time to put them down and pick up the weights!
