Hi I'm Michelle 
I am 31, with two young boys, and I need to loose around 2 stone. I live in Ireland. I did loose 6 lbs before December, but had a holiday with relatives on Florida, then Xmas at home so I ended up putting 5 lbs back on. But it's time to get back on track.
