hi all, im a newbie here...
would really love to have support as i know that i tend to get lazy and not end up sticking to my schedule (e.g. to go to gym)
really need that extra push in the right direction...
want to loose the 30 kg's i picked up in 2010 , especially since my BIG day is coming up this year...

  • The wedding is a big motivator for me too! I've worked with a nutritionist, exercise almost daily and now that I'm 5 months away and have the tools I just need to stay on track and avoid my old bad habits. I never thought of reaching out for support but maybe that's a good idea! What kind of exercise are you into to?
