New member, need ideas and help!

Hello all!
my name is Nicole and I am a new member to this site. I am definitely not new to weight loss attempts but hopefully this time I can make some changes for the better. I live alone and work evenings so I am definitely finding that eating right is a struggle for me. I am also a graduate student so budget is always a #1 priority. Anyone's suggestions about how to overcome that, please help!!! I wish everyone a great year in 2011 and I hope that I can have a great year too!

Hey how are you. I'd love to be a buddy. this site helps out a lot. You could always do the type of stuff I do. But my main suggestion would be to mix it up.0

Hello and welcome. My name is Nora and if you would like to be friends ad me on. First of all start easy. Maybe walk a few blocks enought to get you breathing a little hard . Every week push yourself two more befor you know it you will be walking miles. Also drinking water helps ALOT!. You can get all kind of surgar free stuff to put in it so it helps you drink it. I hated water now I have to have it all day. Salads are good they are cheap and you can eat alot of it. Get fat free dressing or just put vinger and a spoon of olive oil. The spoon of oil is good for you. But not more then two a day. At night I eat the 100 cal bags of popcorn with a bottle of water. It great if you have the habit of eating in front of the tv. Its also full of fiber. I hope these few thing helped you.0
