Recommended stretches?

I have been counting and cutting calories for around two weeks, and I have been doing pretty well. This week I have decided to put more emphasis on the physical aspect of the getting healthy and losing weight thing. I have been doing cardio and a little strength training on my own since I do not have a personal trainer. The fact that I am severely lacking in flexibility really hit home in a Zumba class. I was wondering if any of you recommend any specific stretches or workouts that are focused toward improving flexibility. Any recommendations or advice is welcome! :smile:
